Refunds & Returns:

I strive for perfection and every piece is looked over thoroughly before shipment to you. If you find something you have purchased from Midnight Spectrum isn't 100% to your satisfaction, PLEASE e-mail me at sales@midnightspectrum.com. You may return your Midnight Spectrum dyed clothing item for a full refund if the garment bleeds or fades within 2 weeks of original purchase date. I will fix/replace your item within 30 days if the item is defective. Midnight Spectrum reserves the right to determine defectiveness.

Your garments and/or hand painted yarns may or may not match exactly to a colorway listed in my gallery photos. All my photos are taken in natural lighting and are edited with photo editing software. Please do realize that I try to match colorways as close as possible but hand dyeing/painting is not an exact science and colors rarely match perfectly.  That is the beauty of a hand dyed garment and a hand painted skein of yarn.  I can not take garments or yarn as a return for slight color differences that you may see between my gallery/listing photos and real life. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping & Packaging:

Shipping charges are based on actual shipping costs. Delivery confirmation is included in the total shipping cost for both your safety and ours. Insurance is extra and optional. If you would like insurance with your package, you will need to contact me for a total or I will assume you do not need it.  All my listings do include first class shipping to the USA only. Please email me for an International shipping quote.
I typically ship instock items within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Custom items are shipped within 1-4 weeks and the time varies depending on backorder of a specific special order item or upon order of payment received. Once your order is received, I will give you an estimated time of completion and shipment via e-mail. If I am unable to ship in that timeframe, you will be contacted immediately.

Payment Methods:

I accept all forms of payment via PayPal, Money Order and Personal Checks (US funds only). Checks, Money Orders and Paypal e-checks will be held 10 days until payment clears.

Extra costs:

If you ship a large skein of yarn to me for a "your yarn, my dye" custom, and you would like me to break the skein into smaller skeins, I will charge a small nominal fee.  The fee will vary depending on the size of the skein and how many skeins you want it broken down into.  This is a fairly laborious process for me so there will be a charge for this service.
